RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 20 days from the date of delivery. In order for a return to be accepted customers must contact FreeNextDay.com and obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or a return shipping label within 10 days of the date of delivery of the product. Customers then have an additional 10 days from the date the RMA number or return shipping label is provided to ship the product(s) back to FreeNextDay.com. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return within 20 days from the date of delivery. The conditions for a return related to a fulfillment error is subject to the same processes and rules as described above for a return of a defective product. Items which are not defective (as determined by the FreeNextDay.com returns department) and for which orders have been properly fulfilled by FreeNextDay.com are generally not accepted for return. If FreeNextDay.com elects to approve the return of a non-defective item, customers will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for all shipping costs (initial shipping and return shipping). Returns must be in original packaging. Returns which do not include all original parts and packaging will not be refunded. Returns which are not in original condition will not be refunded (damaged, scratched, depleted or missing consumables).
Software - Returns are generally not accepted on software and items which contain software.
Custom Items - Returns are not accepted on custom or personalized items.
Orders do not necessarily ship via an Overnight or Next Day Air shipping service. Even though items are not always shipped via next day air services, based on the location of the item and your shipping location we estimate the the item will arrive in one business day. Generally packages arrive the next business day for delivery by 8:00 p.m. where shipments are processed on the prior day by 5:00PM (EST). We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by FreeNextDay.com only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
ProcessingTime -- Most orders received before 5:00PM (EST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00PM (EST) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee processing time as it may vary based on daily order volume. At times of high volume it may take one business day or more to process your order.
NOTE: Next day shipping is not available in the non-contiguous states (Alaska and Hawaii). For certain items shipments to those locations may be arranged by telephone and will be sent by regular USPS and are not expected or likely to arrive next day. We do not ship to off-shore U.S. territories and possessions (which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands).
